Full step-by-step directions for dropping off and collecting your car at Heathrow, provided by our operator. Please read the section for your terminal carefully — it covers exactly where to go and what to expect.
Please note your parking booking time refers to your vehicle drop-off time, not your flight departure time.
A late fee may apply if you don't arrive at your booked time — a grace period of 30–45 minutes is typically allowed, but please call ahead if you think you'll be early or late.
Before handing over your vehicle, please make sure it's roadworthy, taxed, and has a current MOT if applicable. Cars with tyres below 1.6mm tread cannot be accepted for collection.
After passing through the main tunnel, continue following signs for Terminal 2. Stay in the right-hand lanes and merge onto the ramp, keeping right for short-stay passenger pick-up.
At the car park barriers, drive to barrier number 6 in the far right-hand lane. Take a ticket and enter on Level 4.
Follow signs for "Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet" and the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you.

Pick up your car on Level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park.
Upon exiting the tunnel, stay in the left-hand lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 departures. As you pass the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, stay right and follow signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
Collect a ticket at the barriers and proceed to Level 4 via the spiral. Park in Zone A/B towards the end of the car park, where our meet and greet points are located.

Pick up your car on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. After exiting arrivals, head towards Café Nero, take the lift opposite to Level 1, walk across the bridge to the pay station, then retake the lifts to Level 4. Cars are delivered at Zone A or B.
Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures. As you approach the terminal on the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane and continue following signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
Drive down to Level 2, Zone F, where our meet and greet points are located. A professional chauffeur will approach you and identify themselves with our Star Parking paperwork.

Pick up your car on Level 2 of the Terminal 4 short-stay car park. Exit the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, turn left past the payment machine, then take the lift to Level 2.
At the main roundabout, proceed straight towards the ramp, following the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign to the right.
Pass under the height restriction arm keeping left, follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign, and pass through the purple canopy before entering the car park.
At the barriers, take a ticket and drive down to rows R & S, where our representative will meet you.

In the arrivals hall, head towards Café Nero (the red pillar marked as the South meeting point). Exit the arrivals building and take the lifts — not the one next to Café Nero — up to Level 4.
We track the return flight number you gave us at booking, so please make sure it's correct — an incorrect flight number can cause delays returning your vehicle, even if your return time was right.
Vehicle collection or flight delays after 23:30 are subject to an additional fee of £20 per hour. Any outstanding payments must be settled before your vehicle is released.
During peak times, your car may need to take an approximate 20-mile round trip to and from the secure compound as part of normal operations.
