Who we are
Airwise Parking is a sole trader business operating airwiseparking.co.uk, providing meet-and-greet off-airport parking at Heathrow. For the purposes of data protection law, Airwise Parking is the "data controller" of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
When you get a quote or make a booking, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number
- Booking details — airport, terminal, drop-off and return dates and times
- Vehicle details — registration number, and any comments or notes you provide
- Flight details — departure terminal, return terminal, and return flight number
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not see or store your card details ourselves
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Process and confirm your booking
- Take payment for the service via Stripe
- Send you a booking confirmation email, including drop-off and collection instructions
- Pass the necessary booking details to our parking operator so they can meet you and look after your vehicle
- Keep a record of the booking for our own accounting and tax purposes
- Contact you if there's a problem with your booking
We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Who we share your data with
To deliver the service, some of your data is shared with the following third parties:

| Google (Calendar) | We use Google Calendar internally to schedule and track bookings — this is for our own operational use, not shared externally |
We do not share your data with any other third parties, other than where required by law (for example, to HMRC for tax purposes, or to law enforcement if legally required).
How long we keep your data
We keep booking records, including the personal data associated with them, for as long as required to meet our UK tax and accounting obligations. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons
- Object to how we're using your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
To exercise any of these rights, email info@airwiseparking.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.
Cookies
This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start working with a new provider or change how we handle data. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
